IRRI releases video thanking scientific community for continuing support

Dr. Gerard Barry, the Golden Rice Network Coordinator at IRRI, expresses his gratitude in a recent video to those who supported Golden Rice research after a militant anti-GMO attack on a Golden Rice field trial in early August:

I want to thank everyone, the thousands of you, who signed the petition, who have written to us, who have spoken on behalf of the project, who have explained the project in terms that we didn’t. This is a fantastic boost for our morale, our commitment, and I want to tell you as part of our thanks, we are not changing our commitment.
